some thoughts while reading this:

we need to run out fan any time running the stove. i will figure out how to make this automatic.

the ng stove issue: if fan always ran, ten how much is mitigated?
what about a cooktop with 3 large induction and one large ng, real powerrful, wok friendly.
better: 2 inductions + 1 long cast iron griddle + 1 wok-sixed ng.
i can’t understand how one can do significant stirring type cooking (wok, the shaking and tilting one can do on gas is very important to some cooks; but can this just be a learn the no shaky shaky
also, the ideas of a locsal battery in the electic induciton stove is brilliant. could salove the surge issue like the water heater problem solvbed by everyone havuing storage capacity. mayb this is suppoorted by the idea that you can’t have everyone go tankless at the same lines, with no storage lovally,m too much power either electic or ng infrastructure is no capable of deliveringh
