sadly, seems my idea that this was cost effective is not supportedf by this article. still like to know the cost diffs. also difficulties due to zoning, these are building and m,ight not be able to use cheap agriculture zoned land , again driving up the pricew. seems like there are success stories too, from countinrs mention in the article.
