there are lots of 18 yos that could handle long haul trucking. as long as testing training is good, not a problem. but instead of trying to get the youngers to pay less, how ’bout paying your exsiintg 46-yo avg work force better so they can reap better and maybe stick with ifg longer. and stop being dicks to drivers?
