I’ve made salads of peanut with watermelon and sumac, fries dunked in garlic-scented satay sauce, and more variations on my aunt’s Ghanaian groundnut stew than I can remember.

Also, recall that the girl’s doctor/perdiatrition was super against peanuts. irrationally so to my mind. like he would go into an extended rant it asked about peanuts. and he referred to them as goundnuts??
