2022-06-04 – the teacher seems to have gone out to her car to get lunch? either stored until lunchtime (in tx?) or out ot hye local subway? so door was proped open by rock for ~10mins+ again, the rockk is there because this hap[pens to this door all the time. bet there;’s a similar lock or thing that is used at other doors that can be propper open. if doors can be propped up, they will be peoopped open.
2022-05-31 – update: turns out door was closed, but not locked. the teacher in the following did close it but not lock it.

in which case the doors should be auto-lockng one way out fire doors.
in this story we have the teacher did kick the door closed (kicker out the rock that was propping it open. is this rock commonmly there to allow this door to be propped open? again, why no alarms going off when a supposed to be locked door is opropperd open?) but she’s not sure if it was lkockedm, but expected it to be since it indeed a only open from inside aby using pushbat (that should shopulnd and alarm if opened when not supposed to be). this is from hthrough her lawyer , so what? sop seem lik=ght this is an important point that she/law=yer wants to get aherad of or cortrect asap.
police say door was not locked. so a big q is why not auto-locking? can usuaslly be defeated for maintneance or open access reason, but usually by a hard to raech and possible secureerd maybe keyed access to allw defetst.

but if so, proper door open or door not closed aslarms should be going off is a back door that’s supposed to be locked isn;t ints propper open (for cooling?)
