Why buy this:
when this can be used;
take the drive out of the case, install in NAS2, take old drive and put in case. is USB3, so fast enough as a backup drive hanging off one of the multiple USB3 ports (the HP desktop was chosen specifically chosen for it’s many ~7? maybe 8? USB3 ports.
6TB, 3.5″. would like to do SSD, but too expensive >2TB. maybe next year.
