My completely uinqualified opinion: the symptoms are real, but not associated with an attack; with the large ?# of CIA/US gov’t persons, travelling to cuba, etc, with random heradaches, and other symptoms. law of large numbers. also power of suggestion. they’re CIA and gov’t officials, also know as humans.
