The White House and Vice President Kamala Harris rolled out a plan on Monday for building out an electric vehicle charging network.

Step 1: define a standard for the plug and a communications interface that works with everything. and all new vehicles mut have theis plug as compatible.
Step 2: all charging stations must be covered by solar panels, and as much as possible, use renewable enrgy.
