   – Trump & Xi agreed on a strategy (over chocolate cake?):
   – China secretly takes out Kim, sets up a puppet
   – world helps make NK better (food, aid, etc)
   – US moves out of SK

   Pro:
   – China gets to keep a buffer from SK
   – China gets US out of region (they want South China Sea for themselves)
   – USA gets to leave the area (supports right-wing isolation preference)

   Con:
   – Japan, SK would not want to see US leave the area
