I so hate that restaurant management has me doing their job of evaluating their staff. Pay them a decent wage you lazy sacks of shite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">If I have an issue with my server, I&#8217;ll tell you about it and you can do your job.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">And before anyone jumps down my throat about being a cheapskate, I tip well due to the current tipping regime. I understand the server&#8217;s not getting a decent wage and relies on tips. Been 20% for good service for some time now. I&#8217;m giving that to deliverers now, even though I&#8217;m guessing they&#8217;re already getting the app&#8217;s delivery fee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM\">Would love to hear a server admit they love tips and will be the main push-back against getting rid of this back-ass process. It&#8217;s a big financial loss, much of it tax free. How do I know?
