examples"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>here are things I have seen on auction sites.  keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>these are the closing prices before fees (13% to 16% depending on auction site, and sometimes a $1\/item fee) &amp; taxes (13%); i tend to view final price as 1.3x what it closes for<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>these might be low due to lack of interest.  where possible i capture multipls similar items to get a better sense of costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>most things can be had for 1\/3rd to 1\/2 of retail.  i try to do way better.  i generally won&#8217;t bid more than 1\/3rd of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; 2026-04-24 &#8211; Friday &#8211; mini projectors.  1080p, 8000lumens.  i have one of these now and am testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
