Cook until fully browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drain:<\/strong> Drain the excess fat from the pan if desired; tacos aren&#8217;t health food, so let the chef decide on the fat level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simmer:<\/strong> Stir in the cumin, chili powder, and Tajin. Add water and stir to combine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: spices are approximate.  I don&#8217;t usually measure, just add &#8217;til it look right.
