The province\u2019s minister of energy and mines Stephen Lecce says construction will employ 18,000 people and adds the plants should last 65 years.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>cons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>But the project isn\u2019t without its critics. Jack Gibbons is with the Ontario Clean Air Alliance.
