Pizza was done in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.ckms.ca\/?p=37061#piezano\" target=\"_blank\">Piezano countertop pizza cooker<\/a>, 600F top\/400F bottom, 10 mins pre-heat, 10 mins cooking).  I&#8217;ve paid good money for restaurant pizza that wasn&#8217;t as good as this.<br>also, the Alaskan knife thingy mom brought me from Alaska is a damn good pizza cutter.
