That is, in supporting Ukraine, the international community is heralding both that Russia has upset the international order by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.defense.gov\/News\/News-Stories\/Article\/Article\/3298480\/stoltenberg-explains-why-support-to-ukraine-still-matters\/\">violating Ukraine\u2019s sovereignty<\/a>\u00a0and engaging in other illegal conduct and, also, that such illegal acts will not be tolerated.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Undoubtedly, Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/world\/how-russias-attack-on-ukraine-violates-international-law\">a gross violation<\/a>\u00a0of<em>\u00a0jus ad bellum<\/em>.
