So was reading \/r\/Peterborough<\/a>, found out that Electric City Bakery closed for good or now<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then saw recommendations for croissants<\/a>, the only thing I think we’ve had from ECB. Freaking awesome croissants. Too costy for regular, even monthly. like every quarter it’s cool to have a oe.<\/s> should be once a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023-03-12~ – Joan went; said the croissants looked like no big deal, so she bought a couple Pain au Chocolate and a Ham & Cheese thingy. I’m not gonna lie, these may be the best croissants-ish items I have ever had. I’m not sure if the are up to Alex’s standards<\/a>, or if they’re “proper” style, but the Pain au Chocolate is among the best things I’ve put in my mouth. I very much want to try their actual croissants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hard Winter Bakery<\/a> – local – impressive selection; even a bread schedule<\/a>! should try their sourdough? yustabe<\/a> at the downtown weekly market, now has a retail; is in an old house on Hunter in East City. Direct across from Foodland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cobs Bakery<\/a> – chain, seems well recommended. thread<\/a>. But no Peterborough location on their website?<\/s> Is future opening?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black Honey Bakery<\/a> – Paul goes here. Be careful, there’s the Caf\u00e9 on Hunter and the Bakery just around the corner on Aylmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
