Now we have a whole slew of new folks, youngsters. They\u2019re supposed to know how to do this. Some of them were in place already during the \u201870s and \u201880s, when we were still designing and building weapons. But even those people are getting long in the tooth; they\u2019re going to be gone from the labs in the next 20 years or so. And so now you\u2019re looking at, you know, kids from my perspective, in their 30s.
