I thought this was interesting; like, how do you ensure records that must be deleted for whatevers whevs reasons from the off-site and on-tape\/other immutable storage. like what if a record is expunged from the police database, how does it get removed from deep dstorage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“47)\u00a0Deletion. You need to know, for sure, that data is deleted from the site. This is far more important than you think. If a post is deleted, is it wiped from cache? What happens to that post in read-only cold storage? If you fuck this up, you’re 100% gonna end up in court.\u00a0“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
