Canada will ban the sale of fuel-burning new cars and light-duty trucks from 2035 in an effort to reach net-zero emissions across the country by 2050, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

I think I’d prefer letting the market decide.\u00a0 Increasing fuel costs, reducing subsidies to oil & gas & ICE, rewarding (discounting?) the move to EV, increasing taxes on ICE based on how dirty the car is, etc.<\/p>\n
